The website only collects the data you enter in the contact form:

• name;
• company name (optional);
• email address;
• phone number (optional);
• type of request and description of your needs.

Your IP address is used temporarily, in memory, to limit abusive form submissions. It is not stored by the website. The host may keep technical connection logs as part of its own obligations.

This data is used exclusively to answer your request, discuss your needs, prepare a quote and, where applicable, organize the job. It is never sold, nor used for marketing purposes without your consent.

Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for follow-up, on the legitimate interest of AVENTIK in answering the requests it receives (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Requests that do not lead to a service are kept for 3 years from the last contact. If a service is provided, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for the periods required by law (in particular 10 years for accounting records).

Data is intended solely for AVENTIK. It is not shared with any third party, except the technical providers required to run the website and email, acting as processors.

The website is served over HTTPS. Requests are sent by email to a password-protected business mailbox. The form limits the number of submissions to prevent abuse. Access to the data is restricted to AVENTIK.

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@aventik.fr stating your request. You will receive an answer within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about your identity.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

The website does not set any cookies and does not use any advertising or ad-tracking tools.

To understand its traffic, the website uses Vercel Web Analytics, an audience measurement tool that works without cookies or persistent identifiers. The data collected (pages viewed, referrer, device type, country) is aggregated and anonymous: it cannot identify you or track you across websites. No consent banner is therefore required. Should this change, this policy will be updated.
