RJ45 patching & patch cords
When should you call us?
- A rack where patch cords look like a plate of spaghetti and hide the equipment.
- No way to know which switch port goes to which office.
- A new switch or a new patch panel to bring into service.
- Patch cords that are too long, damaged or of mixed categories.
How we work
Patching connects the building's cabling, terminated on the patch panels, to active equipment such as switches. It is the part of the rack that changes most often, and the one that turns into a mess the fastest. We deliver tidy patching with RJ45 patch cords of the right length and labeled ports.
We record the existing connections, then carry out or redo the patching between panels and equipment with patch cords of suitable length. Ports are labeled, mappings are documented, and unused cables are removed once you approve.
